Zappi EV Chargers have the power to harness energy from the grid, your home solar system, and the excess energy from your solar battery. It’s the very first EV charger of its kind.

Even though Zappi can operate through self-generated energy, you don’t need to have a home solar system to use Zappi, but you’re all set for the future, and can always add your system later. Simply use the system as a normal charger… just plug and play!

For tidiness and flexibility, this untethered system allows charging cables to completely detach, and be stored away neatly. With a Type 2 Socket, the Zappi can operate universally with any electric vehicle on the market.

The 7.2kW powered charger is the most common model used for everyday households. The Zappi has 3 different charging modes - Fast, Eco and Eco+, so you can have control over your power usage.

With a 2” LCD touch screen, you can protect your charger with a 5-digit pin code, and choose what times of the day to charge your vehicle, saving yourself any unnecessary costs.

With the myenergi smartphone app, you can gain access to many helpful features, including:

How does the Zappi charger work with solar?

The Zappi measures how much solar energy is sent back to the grid, and adjusts its output so that all excess solar generation is used to charge your electric vehicle. This allows you to use 100% of your solar energy, nothing is sent back to the grid.

Is there a 22kW version of the Zappi?

Yes, there is! If you’re looking for more power to charge your EV, shop the Zappi 22kW Untethered or Zappi 22kW Tethered. However, the 22kW only suits three phase homes. If you’re unsure about the right charger for you, get in touch with us.

Does the untethered Zappi come with a charging cable?
