In contrast to the rival BMW, who designed their first electric car as a small hatchback (i3), the German company is taking a different approach. The new technology is presented first in the luxury class and then the smaller versions will follow.
The Audi e-Tron, a 4.90 metre long SUV in the upper middle class, is not entirely dissimilar to the coupe SUV, Q8. In terms of size, the Audi e-Tron fits between the Q5 and Q7, so it basically fills the Q6 gap.
At first glance, the Audi e-Tron is clearly recognisable as an Audi, but the designers have given the brand’s first electric SUV some significant design features. The single framed grill with vertical struts is particularly striking but it’s no longer a real grill since its area is largely closed. E-Tron’s headlights look like the standard Audi LED headlights, however an e-Tron specific light signature ensures recognition.
For Audi, “quattro” means four wheel drive and the e-Tron is obviously designated as a quattro. However, this quattro has a completely different system where each axle has its own electric motor. These two engines ensure that the e-Tron also puts 300 kW (408 hp) onto the road without any losses.
A battery pack with a capacity of 95 kWh that weighs around 700 kg is located at the floor of the vehicle. That’s why the e-Tron is really extraordinary when it comes to driving comfort. The interior is remarkably quiet and the standard air suspension keeps most road bumps away from the passengers

Book a day and time for your installation. If you ordered your EV charger with revcharge, you will receive it before this date.
If you want an existing charger installed, just let your technician know when booking an installation date.
Once the EV charger is in place, the technician can also help you connect any apps for the charger and show you how to use them.

We help you decide on the right EV charger and take away the headache of getting it installed. Our unique three step process is as follows:
1. Answer: After you fill out a quote request form, you’ll be sent a text message to complete your request on your smartphone. This will include taking and sending photos of your switchboard, desired charger location and more. All of these questions have been carefully curated to ensure we provide you with a fixed-quote.
2. Choose: Our quotes include a recommended EV charger based on our assessment of your home as well as two alternative EV chargers for you to choose from. All options include the delivery, installation and activation of the EV charger quoted at a fixed price — making it easy for you to choose. We also have an installation only service for homeowners looking to have an existing EV charger installed and activated by a technician.
3. Install: We’ll then send you an invoice for payment. If you ordered your EV charger with revcharge, you will receive it before this date. If you have an existing charger you want installed, just let your technician know when booking your installation. Once the EV charger is in place, the installer can also help you connect any apps for the charger and show you how to use it.
