With the new Ariya, Nissan is getting involved in the electric SUV market and competing with the VW ID.4. The new e-Nissan comes with a power output of 178 kW and 91 kWh battery.
Nissan Ariya was first presented at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2019 and caused a stir with its futuristic concept. At first glance, fine light strips and air inlets catch the eye at the beefy front of the Ariya. Due to the sloping roof line, the body looks like a stretched out coupe.
The Ariya’s platform, CMF (Common Module Family), was created by Renault and Nissan together. The same platform is also used in Renault's Megane E-Tech and it guarantees generous space. Ariya’s rear passengers especially benefit from that the most, especially with enormous head and legroom. Ariya also has a boot that can hold 1775 litres when the rear seats are folded down.
Inside, the driver and the front passenger will be looking at a minimalist dashboard with two 12.3 inch displays. The driver & passengers can move the images and contents of one display to another for better readability. The additional head-up display (HUD) delivers most of the vital information directly into the driver’s natural field of vision.
The cockpit largely does without classic control knobs and switches. In the central area, there are only capacitive switches for the air-conditioning unit and when they are touched, they vibrate slightly to give the same feeling of a mechanical switch. The buttons only appear when the engine is switched on.

1. Answer: After you fill out a quote request form, you’ll be sent a text message to complete your request on your smartphone. This will include taking and sending photos of your switchboard, desired charger location and more. All of these questions have been carefully curated to ensure we provide you with a fixed-quote.
2. Choose: Our quotes include a recommended EV charger based on our assessment of your home as well as two alternative EV chargers for you to choose from. All options include the delivery, installation and activation of the EV charger quoted at a fixed price — making it easy for you to choose. We also have an installation only service for homeowners looking to have an existing EV charger installed and activated by a technician.
3. Install: We’ll then send you an invoice for payment. If you ordered your EV charger with revcharge, you will receive it before this date. If you have an existing charger you want installed, just let your technician know when booking your installation. Once the EV charger is in place, the installer can also help you connect any apps for the charger and show you how to use it.
